Essential oils are wonderfully versatile substances which can be used to prevent and alleviate many common ailments. They are simple and effective to use as long as you are aware of blending guidelines and a few contraindications.

They are lovely to use in skin care products especially when combined with natural ingredients such as aloe vera gel, olive oil, sugar and many others which are freely available in chemists and supermarkets

A group of residents in Rush Co Dublin have asked me to run a Lotions & Potions day for them. This will be a fun day where participants will learn a wealth of information on essential oils and make a range of skincare products.

There are a few places available if you would like to come along. The fee is €50 which includes products and course manual.

Early booking is strongly advised as numbers are strictly limited.
